Refund Policy

At Cornish Hampers and gifts, we are committed to ensuring that your hamper and its contents arrive in perfect condition. Your satisfaction is central to our mission, and we strive to offer you a wonderful shopping experience. However, if your expectations are not met, we have established a clear returns policy to resolve any issues.

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order, you may do so without any penalties up to 24 hours before the expected dispatch date. In this case, a full refund will be promptly issued to the card used for the order. We do not impose any administration or restocking fees.

Returns

In the rare event that you are not completely satisfied with your hamper upon delivery, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return. If the return is due to a defect or issue with the received goods, and the entire hamper is returned in its original condition within 24 hours of receipt, we will refund the full purchase price of the hamper, including any postage costs incurred. Please note that if the return is not due to any fault on the part of Cornish Hampers and Gifts, we can refund the cost of the hamper, excluding any delivery charges. However, be aware that any fresh produce included in the hamper cannot be refunded, and the cost of these items will be deducted from any refund issued. To initiate a hamper return, please reach out to our customer service team, who will assist you in obtaining a returns authorization and guide you through the return postage process.

Non-Delivery

It is your obligation to ensure that suitable arrangements are in place to accept your delivery. The courier will make three attempts to deliver the parcel before returning it to us. If you are unable to receive the delivery at the designated address on the date and time specified by the courier for any reason, please reach out to the courier directly to schedule an alternative delivery time or location. Alternatively, you may request the courier to deliver the parcel to a neighbour, leave it in a designated safe location (at your own risk), or upgrade your delivery to a timed or weekend delivery slot.

Resends

In the aforementioned situations, if the customer desires to have the goods resent, this will be at the customer’s expense and will incur the standard delivery charge. The original hamper products will be resent without any substitutions
